Räuberleiter is excited to announce the addition of Samit Ghosh as a new partner.

An experienced entrepreneur, engineer, and international operator, Samit joins the team to help scale both Räuberleiter and its portfolio companies, with a particular focus on transatlantic growth and people-first performance.

A shared history of building together
Samit’s appointment marks a reunion of sorts: he previously worked closely with several Räuberleiter founders during their time at umlaut, where he led business development in Stuttgart and was the driving force behind the successful expansion of the company’s U.S. business. From Stuttgart to Detroit, his track record of building sustainable companies with a hands-on approach and strong cultural foundations speaks for itself.

In his role as partner, Samit will focus on supporting portfolio companies through operational scaling, strategic development, and go-to-market efforts — both in Europe and North America. He will also play a key role in identifying new investment opportunities in the U.S., helping Räuberleiter expand its reach while supporting European companies in making their own leap across the Atlantic.
