Step three
Ladder of intent
If we reached this point it means there is an idea of synergy, a story to tell, a vision to follow and we need to put it down and agree to it. Other companies have a letter of intent, we have a ladder of intent. The three steps of the ladder we will both agree on are:

1. Strategic vision
2. Investment & financing concept including indicate offer
3. Actions, responsibilities & interfaces

This forms the basis of our future collaboration. From here on we will enter into an exclusivity agreement for the further course of the process..
Step four
Due diligence
After signing the LOI, your company's due diligence begins.
Due diligence allows us to gain an accurate understanding of your company.

We’ll analyze your financials, validate our shared vision and action plan, and meet with key personnel who drive the value.
Step five
Draw up contracts
The design is based on the agreements outlined in the LOI, and insights gathered during the due diligence process are integrated into the contract negotiations.
Step six
Partnership launch
Once the contracts are signed, we’ll get straight to work! Funds will be disbursed, and the mutually defined programs will be implemented.
